Job description

The Key Account Manager will be crucial to take Naïf to the next level. You will be a game changer in the industry, constantly create new sales possibilities and use your creativity and excellent account management skills to get to the next level with our retailers. The right person will be comfortable in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment, able to operate and coordinate across multiple teams, and can thrive in a start-up culture. In time, your ambition is to grow to a managerial position within Naïf. You have a strong results-based track record and you are excited by all opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for achieving ambitious growth objectives at some of our most important and

prestigious Benelux retail customers (Etos, Kruidvat, Holland & Barrett, Albert Heijn, Jumbo, and DA).

  • A completed HBO or University degree
  • Minimum of 5 years sales / account management experience.
  • High growth career trajectory, ideally in fast moving consumer goods.
  • Entrepreneurial and energetic personality.
  • Driven, independent, and open-minded.
  • Decisive in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
  • Analytical and able to switch smoothly from strategic to a practical approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch (mandatory) and English
  • Responsibilities• Build and manage the yearly Sales Plan ensuring a seamless planning and execution of all commercial initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketeer and Marketing Team to offer brilliant sales
  • initiatives and be the expert and spokesperson of your clients within Naïf.
  • Be on top of market/category trends and industry developments and build multi-year
  • growth plans and deals with clients to deliver profitable growth.
  • Forecast and manage the turnover for your clients and do on-going performance tracking
  • (together with Finance / Operations).
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders in a direct, transparent and positive tone of voice, they all need to feel that you to have their best interests at heart.
