Shell Recharge is looking for a Supply Chain Analytics Engineer who will also become the pin between the Data & Analytics department and the Supply Chain domain.

What you’ll be in charge of

The Data & Analytics department at Shell Recharge Solutions (SRS) is responsible for all reporting & analytics support to the organisation, as well as maintenance & development of the Data Platform. We aim to drive data-driven decision-making within the organisation. Our work supports colleagues at various levels in the organisation to make choices based on data: from Leadership to colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Supply chain and Operations. As a team, we’re on top of the best practices in Data Analytics and we continuously improve our ways of working. Decision makers within SRS trust us and challenge us to deliver our best work.

In this role, you will be the linking pin between the Data & Analytics department and the Supply Chain domain. You will create key insights to drive Supply Chain performance. In doing so you will become a trusted advisor to our senior decision-makers. Essential skills include data analysis, affinity with supply chain processes, stakeholder management, the ability to create compelling narratives and a learning mindset.

Your core accountabilities are to…

• Define and build clear KPI models to track Supply Chain performance

• Support with building forecasting models

• Develop initiatives to improve Supply Chain performance using data analytics

• Support Senior Leadership in data-driven decision making

This is who you are

Have experience of…

• You have a background in Maths, Physics, Engineering or Computer Science

• You have worked in a data team for at least 2 years

• You have relevant experience in creating business value with data

• You are eager to learn, if you lack understanding of the subject you dive into it or proactively ask for support

• You know how to work effectively in teams of mainly engineers and analysts, as well as individually, both within an agile context

• Knowledge of Supply Chain processes is a pré
