SWITCH-2-CE Eastern and Southern Africa (EU programme)

1. Conducted a landscape analysis of the current state of e-waste and plastics value chains across 13 countries in the Eastern and Southern Africa (ESA) region
2. Developed an indicator dataset (LogFrame) and populated baseline and target values for impact and outcome monitoring across the programme
3. Played a key role in organising and delivering a regional validation workshop with national and regional stakeholders, including EU Delegations and representatives from Regional Economic Communities (RECs), and took the lead in drafting the official workshop report
4. Supported the development of a gaps and recommendations report, including prioritisation of potential circular economy activities for the region based on policy, stakeholder and value chain analysis

Strategic Advisory, Municipality of Amsterdam

1. Assessed the Municipality of Amsterdam’s circular economy strategy, analysing outreach strategies and barriers to citizen engagement, and benchmarking against EU cities
2. Proposed a stakeholder engagement framework to bridge the gap between Amsterdam’s technical circular economy monitoring systems and actionable citizen involvement

Circular Water Management CoP, CCRI (EU Horizon Europe)

1. Conducted a literature review and supported the scoping of circular water management practices, contributing to the identification of key practices, frameworks and intervention priorities

DEFINITE-CCRI Spin-off (EU Horizon Europe)

1. Contributed to the development of a spin-off project building on DEFINITE-CCRI, focused on financing and scaling sustainability start-ups
2. Worked on partnering with cities and cultivating local ecosystems of projects, investors and industry leaders as potential chain partners
