Over Fair Climate Fund

FairClimateFund is a social enterprise started in 2009 as part of the ICCO Group of which the ICCO Cooperation was the shareholder. The ICCO foundation, founded in 1964, was the only member of the cooperative.

Since January 1, 2021, ICCO merged with Cordaid. This means that Cordaid is the shareholder of ICCO Group B.V. and its subsidiaries. The organizations merged their networks, knowledge and infrastructure to increase the impact of their work in developing countries. The new organization continued under the name Cordaid, with one head office in The Hague. FairClimateFund therefore falls under the Cordaid Foundation from 1 January 2021.
